# Freelance Fast

> Freelance Fast is an EU-only, chat-first marketplace that helps clients describe digital projects and introduces them to relevant freelancers through Telegram.

Freelance Fast is available in English and Italian. It reduces forms and dashboards, but people remain responsible for project approval, applications, selection, contracts, payment, and delivery.

## How Freelance Fast works

1. A client starts a conversation on Telegram and describes a digital project.
2. The assistant asks for missing details and prepares a concise, public-safe project brief.
3. A human administrator reviews the project before it becomes active.
4. The service compares the approved brief with active freelancer profiles and preferences.
5. Relevant freelancers who have connected and consented to a notification channel receive the opportunity.
6. Freelancers choose whether to apply. The client makes the final selection.
7. Contact details are exchanged only at the handoff stage. The client and freelancer then arrange contracts, payment, and delivery directly.

## For clients

- Creating a project and receiving introductions is free.
- A client may have one active project at a time.
- Project contact details remain private while the opportunity is reviewed and while freelancers apply.
- Projects are for lawful digital freelance work and are available only to EU-based users.

## For freelancers

- Freelancers sign in with GitHub. Public repositories help create an editable professional profile.
- Receiving relevant project notifications is free.
- The current public offer is EUR 50 per year for unlimited applications; eligible founding members may have free access.
- A freelancer receives notifications only after starting the chat, explicitly consenting, and connecting the required contact details to the profile.

## Important limits

- Freelance Fast currently supports only clients and freelancers based in the European Union, in English or Italian.
- Freelance Fast is not an employer, staffing agency, escrow service, payment guarantor, legal adviser, or tax adviser.
- The service does not guarantee that a project will receive applications or that a freelancer will be selected.
- AI assists with conversation, summaries, public profile descriptions, and project preparation. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated.
- AI does not make the final hiring decision. Projects are reviewed by a human, freelancers decide whether to apply, and clients choose whom to engage.
- Freelance Fast does not manage the work contract, invoice, taxes, intellectual property agreement, or delivery after introduction.
- There is no escrow and no commission on the work agreed between client and freelancer.
