1. The Service
Clients can start a project from Telegram or the website. The agent may ask follow-up questions, record Terms consent before saving actionable project/contact details, create a draft project, and send it to admin review. Approved projects can be shown to relevant freelancers through explicit tags, preferences, and deterministic filters.
Freelance Fast is a marketplace and coordination tool. It is not an employer, staffing agency, payment escrow, payment guarantor, legal adviser, tax adviser, emergency service, or guarantee of project outcome unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be legally able to enter into these Terms.
- Clients must provide accurate project and contact details when asking us to save a project.
- Freelancers sign in with GitHub and must provide usable contact details before handoff.
- You are responsible for your account, chat account, sessions, and devices.
- You may use only accounts, phone numbers, GitHub profiles, and channels you control.
3. AI-Assisted Workflow
The agent assists with conversation, project structuring, safety checks, formatting, translation, and routine support. It does not score, rank, approve, reject, shortlist, or evaluate freelancers, and it does not make final legal, financial, employment, hiring, or work-allocation decisions for you.
AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for reviewing project descriptions, proposals, technical advice, prices, messages, and any decision you make from information provided through the service.
4. Client Projects and Handoff
Client contact details stay private while a project is being reviewed and while freelancers apply. Contact details are shared only for operational handoff, such as when the client selects a freelancer and provides call availability, or when a backup handoff is needed after a selected freelancer does not respond.
Clients are responsible for checking freelancer identity, skills, price, availability, contract terms, intellectual property terms, tax treatment, and delivery expectations before starting paid work.
5. Freelancer Responsibilities
- Provide truthful profile, availability, price, skill, and contact information.
- Apply only to projects you can lawfully and realistically perform.
- Respect client confidentiality and do not misuse client contact details.
- Handle your own contracts, invoices, taxes, insurance, and professional obligations.
- Do not claim endorsement, ranking, certification, or guaranteed selection by Freelance Fast.
6. Payments, Fees, and Cancellation
Receiving relevant opportunities may be free. Applying to projects may require an active subscription, founding-member access, or another plan shown in the product, Stripe checkout page, invoice, or written agreement. Fees, renewals, cancellations, taxes, and Stripe terms are governed by the plan or checkout flow that applies to you.
Unless a checkout page or written agreement says otherwise, fees already paid for a started subscription period are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded. Freelance Fast provides a simple way to cancel an active subscription from the relevant account or billing flow.
7. EU Consumer Withdrawal Rights
If you are an EU consumer, you may have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract, unless an exception applies. For services or digital content, this right may be limited or lost where you expressly request immediate performance, acknowledge the legal consequence, and the service is fully performed or digital content is supplied as allowed by law.
To exercise a withdrawal or cancellation right, contact elchemista@gmail.com with your account email, order details, and a clear statement that you want to withdraw or cancel. If a mandatory online withdrawal function applies to a paid flow, it should be made available in the relevant interface. Formal PEC requests can also be sent to yuriy.zhar@ultracert.it.
8. Permitted Use
Freelance Fast is for lawful digital work. You may not use it for spam, fraud, scams, credential theft, phishing, malware, illegal access, illegal goods or services, adult or sexual projects, weapons, extremist content, political persuasion, private-data abuse, or attempts to bypass safety, consent, privacy, platform, payment, or legal rules.
9. Content, Moderation, and Reports
You keep ownership of content you submit, but you give Freelance Fast the rights needed to host, process, clean, summarize, translate, display, notify, and share that content as needed to operate the service and perform handoff.
We may remove, hide, reject, restrict, or report content, projects, accounts, applications, or messages that appear unlawful, unsafe, abusive, misleading, spammy, privacy-invasive, or contrary to these Terms. Where appropriate, we may provide a reason and a way to contact us for review.

10. Data Protection
We process data as described in the Privacy Policy, GDPR Information, Cookies page, and AI Act Information page. This can include chat identifiers, phone numbers, Telegram identifiers, project messages, cleaned briefs, public anonymous project text, freelancer applications, GitHub profile signals, billing status, support records, security logs, and operational metadata.
Do not send unnecessary sensitive personal data, confidential third-party information, passwords, API keys, production secrets, private repository content, or data you are not allowed to share.
11. Third-Party Platforms
The service depends on providers such as Fly.io, Telegram, GitHub, Stripe, OpenRouter, Google Analytics where consented, databases, email or notification services, AI model providers routed through OpenRouter, and other infrastructure. Those providers may change APIs, limits, prices, policies, or availability. We are not responsible for restrictions, delivery failures, outages, account actions, or policy decisions made by third-party platforms.
12. Intellectual Property
Freelance Fast, its branding, software, workflows, designs, and service materials belong to the operator or licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Freelance Fast technology to you. Work product ownership between clients and freelancers must be agreed between them unless Freelance Fast is separately contracted in writing.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, created legal or security risk, misused contact details, abused users, attempted fraud, or used the service in a harmful way. You may stop using the service at any time and may ask for deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Availability and Liability
We work to keep Freelance Fast reliable, but the service is provided without a warranty of uninterrupted availability, error-free AI output, guaranteed delivery, guaranteed project visibility, guaranteed freelancer selection, or guaranteed project success.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freelance Fast is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, third-party platform failures, provider restrictions, incorrect information submitted by users, or choices made by clients or freelancers. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
16. Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes should be reflected on this page with an updated date. Questions about these Terms, privacy, deletion, reports, or cancellation can be sent to elchemista@gmail.com. Formal PEC requests can be sent to yuriy.zhar@ultracert.it.
